The apartment is a stylish place to have a pre-party and a wonderful spot to rest after a long day. The facilities are top-notch, but the price could be a bit steep for some.

The hotel provided a spacious and comfy apartment with plenty of room for me, my wife, and son. Despite some cleanliness issues, we found the staff very helpful. The location was fantastic, right next to the river Tyne and City Center. We had a pleasant dining experience with a large seating area, yet encountered some setbacks with the main hotel building. The facilities were decent, but with a few room for improvement.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Quayside, offering a perfect base for exploring the area. The rooms, though a bit worn, provide a comfortable stay for two. The staff, especially Heather, were lovely and very helpful. However, the external areas were not well-maintained and had some cleanliness issues due to seagull mess from nesting birds.
Rooms

The luxury accommodation for the two of us was rather tired and scuffed around the edges. Some noise from bars across the road could be audible but not overly disturbing.
Service

The service was excellent, with the staff being very helpful and attentive, especially Heather.
